I would have access to the downstairs laundry anytime (not in your bedroom). The Rental: Ideal central Brick location. Semi private entrance DOWNSTAIRS OF HOUSE Two rooms - DOWNSTAIRS living room bedroom half bathroom DOWNSTAIRS (SHOWER UPSTAIRS) laundry washer and dryer Swimming pool directly across the street limited Garage storage space Cost per Month: $1,100/ month (inclusive of water, gas, electric, sewer, taxes). This is an excellent deal- utilities are quite high. Month to Month signed rental agreement is fine. If serious-- a one time small fee for background check. Ideal Candidate/Renter: +Ideally I am looking for a single person who will not have kids living with them. +No pets- small dog maybe on case by case basis. +I am super clean and organized so I'd really appreciate someone who is like that as well- dishes in dishwasher/ mop and vacuum once a week/ etc. Your bedroom is your business but no food left out to attract bugs/ dirty dishes out etc. +Any gender/ age-- but looking for someone with similar lifestyle. I leave for work at 6:30am return at 4pm and have weekends off. I am typically home often on weekend days. +Our neighbor is a super cool single actor/artist who is just amazing. It is very quiet here and you and I would make an effort to both not blast our music or tv out of respect for the other. Month to month at first- can always negotiate more later.
