I own and manage my studios apartments by this way i can offer you the quality for a very reasonable price. The studio is located on 15th floor, very nice view (swimming pool, canal, golf course), the studio was renovated in 2019, on the floor its laminate floor, the bathroom is tiled, huge lanai (balcony 116sqt) is also tiled with table and chairs for enjoy the nice evenings. The bedding configuration is a queen size bed and a sofa bed for two. My studio is fully furnished you will find large fridge, microwaves, coffee maker, kettle, glass, dishes, utensils, toaster, iron and board, hair dryer, bath and beach towels provided, linens provided ....... You have of course Wi-Fi, a safety box and tv cable. You will find everything for have a great time. Hope to see you soon. Mahalo 6 months or 1 year lease minimum.
