All dogs must be crate trained, and in a crate anytime you are not home, period. All dogs must be house broken, and no aggressive dogs, allowed at all. Dogs must be kept on a leash, at all times when out side, and be monitored at all times. ALL CATS MUST BE NON-SCRATCHERS, AND LITTER BOX TRAINED ! LITTER BOXES ARE TO BE KEPT CLEAN AT ALL TIMES & THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE STAY .. ABSOLUTELY, NO PET NEGLECT IS EVER ACCEPTED AT ALL... Tenants will be evicted immediately ! Pets are not to roam free in this neighborhood, at all for any reason NO Outside Cats or dogs allowed MONITORING IS REQUIRED OF ALL PETS. ABSOLUTELY NO FISH TANKS ! ABSOLUTELY NO WATERBEDS !
