You may purchase these at lowes according to size, the filter must be the correct size and be changed once a month, I can have them replaced, and installed monthly, for a yearly fee up front on the lease agreement, for a fee of 175$ Which also covers, the furnace filters. The Refrigerator is one yr old, so is the dishwasher. Tenants are subject to walk throughs (house checks), You will be given a 24 hour notice of the walk through, this is a time for me to take time to check everything is being taken care of as needed. It is also a great time to discuss any issues, Examples, are the to check the roof, and the gutters for clogs and down spouts, for clogs.. also for tree trimming and removal etc. It is very important for you to check monthly the dryer vent on the outside of the home, to make certain that it is never clogged so the dryer doesn't catch on fire or burn out your motor on your dryer. Always empty out your dryer vent inside of your dryer before every use.. Cats, (3 maximum), or and, 1 small dog, & All pets must be fixed and, up to date on all vaccines, required by the city of cookeville tn. And, on flea meds !This property sits in city limits. Flea meds for all animals monthly ! Furnace Filter changes monthly ! Notify me asap on anything that needs repaired or replaced or of any leaks at all immediately ! Furnace filter replacement is required each month, or the furnace will burn out and Charges will apply, installing them properly each month as recommended by the dealer ! There is a NON REFUNDABLE PET DEPOSIT OF 650 for All dog tenants.. and cats are 175 each pet multiple bundles for pet deposit can be considered, no promises depending on the breed, Some dog breeds are simply not allowed. Only small dog, means 50 lbs. (and under) ONLY NO BIG, OR LARGE DOGS. Before any New, or Additional, Pets Are Allowed In This Home, PERMISSION MUST BE ASKED AND OBTAINED IN WRITING.. Via text messaging or through email only. There will be additional pet rent, and non refundable deposit, for each additional cat or dog with a limit of 3. Only 2 small dogs, 3 cats maximum ALL NEW PETS, REQUIRE A NEW PET LEASE AGREEMENT, Up Front and Added on to the Non-Refundable Pet Deposits and, pet rent. All dogs must be crate trained, and in a crate anytime you are not home, period. All dogs must be house broken, and no aggressive dogs, allowed at all. Dogs must be kept on a leash, at all times when out side, and be monitored at all times. ALL CATS MUST BE NON-SCRATCHERS, AND LITTER BOX TRAINED ! LITTER BOXES ARE TO BE KEPT CLEAN AT ALL TIMES & THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE STAY .. ABSOLUTELY, NO PET NEGLECT IS EVER ACCEPTED AT ALL... Tenants will be evicted immediately ! Pets are not to roam free in this neighborhood, at all for any reason NO Outside Cats or dogs allowed MONITORING IS REQUIRED OF ALL PETS. ABSOLUTELY NO FISH TANKS ! ABSOLUTELY NO WATERBEDS ! IF YOU CHOOSE, TO NOT HAVE YOUR PETS ANYMORE, AND RE HOME THEM ..
