It has a clean kitchen with propane appliances, a king size master bedroom, office or 2nd bedroom, and bathroom with composting toilet. A 15 minute walk to Smith lake for fishing, swimming, camping, and kayaking, and a 20 minute drive to the main part of Bonners Ferry. Rent covers propane, power, and internet. No smoking No pets Minimum 6 months lease. Must keep trailer clean. Owner will handle upgrades and repairs. We have a washing machine that can be installed upon request. No dryer.
