The house and neighborhood is mostly quiet 9pm-6am. For night owls this is not a good fit. Guests that are staying in the apartment are allowed for up to 10 days every 3 month. 10 minutes to MCBH / Kailua, 20 min to downtown Honolulu and Hickam AFB / Pearl Harbor. Rent includes water and electric. $3300 for single occupancy.
