The house is located in a cul-de-sac so there is very little outside noise and it has great mountain views. It is within walking distance to shopping, food, and a 24 Hour Fitness. It's a short drive to the shopping mall, ocean, botanical gardens and other great outdoor activities. It is also within a short drive to Marine Corps Base Hawaii. The unit features a single bedroom and bathroom along with a kitchen/dining room. You will have your own fenced off yard area with a storage shed. The bedroom has an AC unit in it and both the bedroom and kitchen have ceiling fans. The kitchen includes a hot plate, table, coffee maker and a microwave/convection oven. Washer and dryer are shared. Internet is included. Best for one person. $100 additional monthly fee for a second tenant. $200 pet deposit (non-refundable) will be required if you have a pet.
