Deposit is used to hold the unit as well as to cover the cleaning costs and/or damage/loss to the unit or the furnishings within the unit. If the unit is professionally cleaned and there is no damage/loss to any items, a full refund of the deposit will be made. Damages and cleaning fees will be deducted accordingly. Rent is due on either the 1st or the 15th depending upon closest occupation date. There is a $25/day late fee for rent paid past the due date. A daily rate of $90/day can be applied, upon occupation, to get to the nearest due date, which thenceforth, the rent will be based on a monthly rate. There is no daily rate for partial month rental thereafter. This is a non-smoking rental unit. Owner is not responsible for personal injuries or stolen items. The undersigned tenant agrees with the conditions mentioned above.
