As you enter into the unit, there is a large, bright, sunny room that can be used for a variety of uses. The kitchen is a large eat-in kitchen with lots of cupboards. It has two bedrooms and another smaller room that may make a better office, than a third bedroom. There is one full bathroom off the kitchen. This is a non-smoking unit. The rent is $1,750 and includes heat, water and sewer. Tenant pays their own electricity and other personal utilities. One indoor cat may be negotiable.
