I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease at Creekwood Apartments, 4500 Wilmington Pike Kettering,OH 45440. Rent is $479, all utilities but electric included. Spacious, clean and quiet building with a swimming pool and onsite manager weekdays. A great place to live, I can just no longer afford it. Please contact with any questions or requests for pictures. In an effort to get someone in this awesome place as soon as possible, I WILL PAY YOUR FIRST MONTH'S RENT! I also have some furniture I will include if wanted. This includes a couch with 2 recliners, a 30" Toshiba tv (NOT a flat screen), tv stand, 30" flat screen tv (not sure of the brand), dishes and silverware. Simple application process.
