Due to the spa being on the second-floor balcony, the only way for the spa vendor to access the spa for servicing is through the bedroom. The spa vendor will knock on the door before entering. They have a code to enter the unit, so you do not need to be present unless you wish to be. No smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) is allowed on the property, with a fine of $500.
