The host cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged prior to or during your stay. San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive check-in info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign. It can all be done online. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. Children and infants are considered occupants. No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property. The fine is $500. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout. You will be fined for excessive trash or dishes. Furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. Pets are not allowed.
