The photo you see on the aerial shot is not 4509. That is acutally our neighbors house. Our house is the one to the left of the one you see. Neighborhood Description This is a very quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The neighbors are very friendly and we have a block party once a year. There are lots of children in the area. This home would be perfect for a growing family. The yard is large and has plenty of room to run and play. This house is within walking distance of Boulevard park, and a short drive to the Meadows of Lake Saint Louis, Walmart and many fast food restaurants. Greentree Elementary is only two blocks from home. Our home is zoned for Wentzville school district which includes Greentree Elementary, South Middle School, and currently Holt High (which will change to the new high school when it is completed in 2013).
