Pet friendly artificial turf being installed this month (prior to move-in). Any sized dogs and cats welcome with additional deposit (total deposit negotiable). Owner must be able to meet animals prior to signing lease to insure non-aggressive nature. Also, excessive barking won't be tolerated (owner discretion). Full sized laundry access in garage "almost" exclusively for tenant (second laundry inside home for owners). Additional monthly fee of $150 covers all utilities, wifi, and cable (YouTubeTV). Renters insurance and additional pet deposit required as applicable. Excessive barking will not be allowed and must be managed (shock collar, etc) if it cannot be managed to owners satisfaction (we have three dogs so it's not "that" strict").
