We also just put in new windows for 1/2 the house, renewal by Anderson top grade, Remodeled the kitchen with new shaker doors, wall cabinets are white and the new island is 5x4 ft and is painted gray. Added all new GE Stainless Steel appliances also added new quartz counter tops (Cambria) 3 inch for all surfaces. New marble porcelain Italian tile 24x9 size. We added an arched entry from the living room. We also put in a new stainless steel hooded vent thru the roof. New Trane heat and air unit 2012. In 2021 Removed all hollow doors and trim, replaced with all solid wood doors and put in 4 inch baseboards in living room, kitchen, master bed and entry and hallway. 3 inch in other areas. In hallway we also put in a full wall of cabinets, consisting of 5 large double door cabinets and 2 large drawers for more storage. New hail resistant shingles in 2020, you get a big discount on insurance for upgrading the shingles. In 2022 we replaced 1 of our heat and air units woth a Trane system. We also added a whole home generac 24 KW generator.
