Feel at home with all the perks of a dream vacation. This home includes a cozy living room area with a spacious L-shaped couch, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The living room features a large TV and a vibrant electric fireplace. The kitchen and dining area have an open layout, offering a full kitchen stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and more. Coffee drinkers can enjoy either a regular drip coffee maker or a Keurig machine. Meals can be enjoyed around the table with seating for 8 and at the breakfast bar with seating for 3. A washer and dryer are offered in the home, with an ironing board and iron provided. This property is pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 pets with a required $200 pet fee. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to a pet fee, only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, and a complimentary 6-passenger golf cart is available exclusively for guests. Pool heating is available but not included in your stay, inquire for pricing unique to your trip dates. You are in the heart of Crystal Beach, directly across from the Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes' drive east with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking or golf cart distance. During busy times, it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road in either direction. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. All guests must vacate the premises at checkout time or an additional night's rate and cleaning fee apply. The golf cart is available for licensed and insured drivers age 25 and up only. No jumping from the balcony into the pool is allowed, and doing so will result in immediate eviction. Pets are not permitted on furniture, bedding, or in the pool at any time. It is required that you clean up any accidents inside immediately, and the yard must be left clear of any feces. We require your pet to be crated when left unattended. Private pool is used by registered guests only. The property includes a private desk to work at in Bedroom 1 of the main home and a desk area in Bedroom 5 of the carriage home, providing a comfortable space for remote work.
