The 2 bedroom apartment is a 10-15 minute bus ride to campus and located at Duval and 45th street. Rent is $1,250 for the year (so $625 each, if you have a roommate) not including utilities and Wi-Fi. With utilities and Wi-Fi, each person would pay around than $675 a month. It's about 715 square feet and the bedrooms are ft x 12 ft, x 10 ft There is a graduate student who wants to move in but needs a roommate willing to split rent. If you are looking for roommate, we can put you in touch with her as well. If you want to take over the two bedroom, that is even better! If you are interested in taking over the lease, the property managers need a one time fee of $150 to run your credit and $50 per person on the lease. Pets are allowed with a one-time $200 non-refundable fee, a one-time $200 refundable deposit, and an extra $10 a month. The property managers provide an easy online payment and work request system, responsive customer service, and timely maintenance.
