I have a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment I am trying to find someone to sign onto my lease and take it over. My last day in the apartment will be June 25 and the lease is good until December. The apartment is quiet and right by the pool. I am on the second floor with a display unit underneath me. It's roughly 600 sq feet, if not a little larger. It has washer/dryer connections and a private storage unit on the patio. I have two large dogs that live with me, so pet deposits are taken care of, all of the deposits transfer to you! The bathroom is spacious and the bedroom has enough space for my king size bed and large furniture! I pay $806 a month for rent, that's with $20 for pet rent included, if you do not have pets it will be that much cheaper. My water normally runs $21 and my electricity is normally $50. I haven't had any issues with the apartment complex whatsoever, any time there is an issue they are quick to resolve it. I would love to stay, but getting married and he has kids. (Too many people in a comfy space). I do have pictures, just request them. Please feel free to text or email me for more information!
