This is a great, second floor, one bedroom apartment on a nice block in Cedar Park. It has an open floor plan in the kitchen and living space, a separate bedroom, and plenty of light through out. It's also lessen than a block from the 34 trolley to Center City as well as all that Baltimore Ave has to offer. Tenant pays gas (which includes heat and hot water) and electric. Cats are fine, but we do not allow dogs in our properties. First, Last and Security (three month's rent) are needed to move in and there is a $30 application fee for the first person applying and a $20 fee for any additional applicants.
