Our property hasn't had an outage since the batteries were installed. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, minimal through traffic since the street is a loop with no outlet. Cats ok with additional deposit, but no dogs. 12 month lease If electric usage is not within historical norms, extra cost will be passed onto tenant.
