4. In order to qualify you must meet the following criteria:

6. Good credit history free of negative credit issues
7. Satisfactory landlord references with no prior evictions
8. Name not on a Government Terrorist Watch List
9. No prior instances of harassment, intimidation, or coercion of landlord or its agents.
10. No prior unauthorized occupancy under another tenant's lease, or civil trespass by applicant, at any of landlord's properties.
The rental agent will present your application to the property owner for the final decision. Please note that the final decision is made by the owner, not by Green Lightning Property Management Inc. Decisions are made based upon the qualifications abiding by the first in time rules within Seattle.
Your rental agent will be working with you as a customer on a non-representative basis because he/she is an agent of the owner of this property and therefore cannot represent both parties. The agent will work with you in the professional and ethical manners outlined in Section 3 of the
"Law of Agency" pamphlet.
Green Lightning Property Management Inc does not accept re-useable screening reports.
Viewing of a property and completing an application is not a guarantee of you being accepted as a tenant. A property is considered rented when a lease has been signed and rent paid.
