Two-Rooms only for $1600, Sublease in Spacious Home in Clairemont I will pay someone $300 to take over my lease. I need to leave for family reasons. One person only allowed to take over the two rooms. The available space includes two rooms on the second floor: * Main Bedroom (9x12) Freshly painted in blue, bright with natural light, and features light hardwood floors. * Second Room (5x8) Gets lots of sun and is perfect as a meditation, yoga, or study space. * Rent: $1600/month * Bathroom: Shared with one other females * Lease Ends: July 31st (option to renew) House Amenities * Full Garage Gym Equipped with a yoga mat, foam roller, rower, assault bike, box, weight rack, two barbells, dumbbells, and weight plates (5lb-45lb). * Private Fenced-In Yard Includes a pool, back patio with BBQ grills, and a front patio perfect for relaxing. * Spacious Living Room Cozy, homey, and great for unwinding. * Vibrant Kitchen (check out the celling lol) All appliances work great. Current Roommates * Female, 37 Works from home on Mondays, in office all other days, active in the gym and social from 8 AM-7 PM. * Female, 26 Works outside the house from 7 AM-8 PM and is also very active. * Both roommates are kind, social, and easygoing when it comes to household needs and chores. Pets & House Rules * Two friendly dogs (4-year-old Lab/Shepherd mix and 10-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer). * One additional dog allowed (must get along with current dogs). * Smoking is allowed outside on patios/porches. Additional Details * Utilities: Split three ways (~$100/month). * WiFi: $20-$30/month. * Furniture for Sale: Option to purchase furnishings/leave them in place (the king size bed is super comfy and I got it last summer) let me know as soon as possible if you prefer an unfurnished space.
