Downstairs office with printer available for use. Two car attached garage. Basic cleaning supplies will be provided with move in (to be replenished as needed by tenant thereafter). Must complete background and credit check (at applicant's expense) prior to tenancy. Security deposit due at lease signing. First months rent required prior to receiving keys to unit. Tenants will not have access to the USPS mail box; mail must be received elsewhere (for stays of longer duration, exceptions may be made).
