The average stay is over 5 years and you get the best school system in La Mesa with Rolando School. There are mostly homes on Judson Way and little rentals. The unit has heat yet no AC yet there is a whole house attic fan that brings in the cold air at night that is very cold. Most add the portable AC units You can also add AC units in the windows.... 2 units would cool most of the home. There is a very strong ocean breeze that comes through the unit.
