Overall this is a very safe area and the street has very little traffic. There is plenty of room in the yard for the kids to play football, bikes and other games. Please no smokers or pets. The unit has heat and VERY EFFICIENT NEW Mini Split AC. The unit is only 1 year old. There is a very strong ocean breeze that comes through the unit. Unit also has NEW WINDOWS, a whole house fan and ADDED attic insulation. Much quieter and keeps temps stable. There is a flat $135 fee for water, trash and sewer.
