The open-concept living area features cozy seating. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances, cookware, and utensils. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Beach essentials are available, including towels, chairs, and a cooler. Enjoy access to a rooftop deck with furniture so you can lounge, dine, and unwind under the open sky. One parking spot is available in the back garage, and free parking is available on the street. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a $100 fee per stay. EV charging is available; overnight charging from 11 pm to 7 am is free, but there is a per-kWh charge during the day. This beach house is located in the heart of Ocean Beach, a laid-back community known for its eclectic vibe, local shops, and stunning sunsets. Stroll to the famous Ocean Beach Pier, discover unique boutiques, or enjoy a meal at one of the many trendy eateries nearby. Most local attractions, cafes, and the beach are just a short stroll away. Bus stops are conveniently located nearby for trips to downtown San Diego or other beaches. Ride-share services are readily available. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. You are welcome to use the built-in sound system, but please respect the privacy and proximity of our neighbors by limiting the volume to a reasonable level at all times and turning off all outdoor speakers by 9 PM. No wild parties are allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the house; you may smoke outdoors on the patio, and ashtrays will be provided for your use outdoors if you advise ahead of time. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks, or fees will apply. No excessive drinking of alcoholic beverages and usage of hard drugs on premises, or illegal actions, are allowed. No glassware is allowed in outdoor areas or near the hot tub. Please keep all windows and doors closed when operating the heat and/or AC. Use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains. Use trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Do not put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the garbage disposalthrow them away. If the disposal stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas; an extra cleaning fee will be added if deep cleaning is needed or if towels, bedding, carpets, etc., are stained or chewed up. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 per pet. Please do not leave any flammables, such as candles, unattended. Please keep the house reasonably clean and organized. Only guests over 25 are allowed to drive the golf cart, and no alcohol is allowed in the cart whatsoever. Use the jacuzzi at your own risk; no jumping into the jacuzzi. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted and agreed-upon occupancy. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Please do not throw anything into toilets except toilet paper; if toilets are misused, a deduction will be taken. Weekly cleaning service is mandatory for all stays of over one week (7 days) and is subject to a $250 cleaning fee per cleaning. Blazing-fast Wi-Fi is available for remote productivity, along with a dedicated office and workspace and a smart TV with streaming services.
