The unit also features a large laundry room. The HOA provides a gated seasonal pool and hot tub. We prefer a minimum 6-month lease; however, we can be flexible. During ski season (November through April), rent will be higher. Security Deposit due at signing. Last month's rent due before move in. The tenant is responsible for water/sewer, gas, internet and electric. Owner pays for HOA, cable tv, trash, and snow removal. No pets. No smoking.
