Apartment is located in beautiful Lake Ridge, VA, adjacent to the County Center and the Prince William Nationals Baseball stadium just off Old Bridge Road. The community has an Olympic size swimming pool and a gym which is usable by the tenants. There is also a great playground for kids and a basketball court. This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is on the top floor of a very quiet, family friendly building. Parking is available in the gated garage beneath the building for an additional cost of $65 per month. There is also parking outside the front and rear of the building (parking hang tag required). If you have guests visiting, there is a visitor hang tag that you must provide them for the duration of their visit. Washer and dryer are contained conveniently within the apartment. Pets are welcome in the community and the building but there is an additional cost for having pets. I do not have any pets and prefer a tenant without a pet as my name will also be on the lease until it ends in May 2018 and would prefer not to have to pay for any pet damages. Because the apartment is on the top floor and has a north/south facing there are often very comfortable breezes blowing into the apartment allowing you to save on your electric bill in the summer and winter. Trash and recycling is included in monthly rent. All other utilities are paid by tenant. Apartment is cable ready. Security is provided via controlled access to the front door of the building via key card or code as well as access to the garage via gate remote control and access card at other doorways. The apartment is unfurnished as I need to move mine to Fauquier County. Applicant is responsible for the $49 credit check and be accepted by the property management. Upon acceptance, the applicant is responsible for paying the $500 fee to be added to the lease. This is far less than the typical security deposit of first and last months rent. This is not be a typical sublet in that the community does not permit subletting but they would allow me to add new tenant(s) to the lease for the duration of the lease (May 13, 2018). I expect to be out of the apartment in the first week of October. You may sign a new lease at the expiration of the current lease if you so choose.
