For this 1600 sf, 3 bedroom 2 bath designer home for rent in UC, we are looking for renters that will enjoy and appreciate all the details and will treat it as they would their own home. The house was renovated under the watchful eye of a professional Interior Designer. Tiled, wood, and bamboo floors throughout. The house is modern and very warm and inviting. Upon entering the front door from the front garden, you'll be welcomed into the open foyer and dining area with seating for up to 8 people. The kitchen was completely remodeled during the house renovation and has all of the amenities you would expect of a modern kitchen. Like to cook?? You'll love the 10' wall of floor to ceiling pantry in the kitchen. At the back of the house you'll immediately notice the spacious 16 foot by 30 foot living room. Logically divided into two areas, there is a sitting area to the left where you can relax by the fireplace. Alternatively, you can opt for the other half of the room to watch TV. The backyard has a great view of the the canyon beyond. You have no one looking back at you from the back of the property, an uncommon setting in San Diego! Off to the right is a 12 foot tangerine tree and to the left a lemon tree. Beyond is a nice grassy lawn to enjoy. The Arizona sandstone pathway leads you out to a wonderfully inviting patio. It's nicely set among the agave cactus and other mature vegetation, up against a canyon filled with singing birds and frequent buzzing of our local hummingbirds. At night on the patio may be the best time. After dinner at the picnic table, the UTC town lights are off on the horizon. If you like something that is well designed and cared for, then our house is for you. The neighborhood is great, quiet, and very safe. It's a family neighborhood with adults and kids and very quiet roads. Last year we added a 240v 50 amp outlet in the garage for EV Charging. Pros: great kitchen, spacious living room, tons of storage in the dining room, kitchen, and living room, and the backyard is large and private. Cons: Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side but that never bothered us as you spend most of your time in the kitchen and living areas. Let us know if you have any questions by email.
