House was re-painted a year ago and vinyl is two years old. All appliances are approximately four years old and included; refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, over the stove microwave, Freezer, washer and dryer, hot cold 5 gallon water dispenser. Wood fireplace is functional, but I have placed a fake fire wood heater with sound effect in the fireplace that can be removed easily. Smoke alarms in every room and one nest WiFi smoke/CO2 detector. Very secure home with double deadbolts and all gates are lockable. Very quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. I’ve been here for 15 years and I’ve put lots of blood sweat and tears into upgrading everything. Not in a hurry to sell and I don’t need help from a realtor. clear title and if you didn’t know, mobile homes are sold exactly like cars where I hold the title with my name on it and you can call the state and county to check for liens or any back taxes. Pretty firm on price, but would consider partial trade of a class C or a class A RV in good condition.
