The driveway can accommodate up to five vehicles and the golf cart if rented. We are pet-friendly with a one-time $200 fee, which includes emotional support animals. Only ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from this, and we must be notified prior to your arrival. Golf cart rentals and pool and spa heating are not included in your stay. Our city also offers Uber and Lyft as well. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed but may be possible upon request. Parties and events are not permitted. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests are allowed. Violating house rules may result in additional charges. Pets must be approved in advance, and guests are expected to clean up after their pets. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. All issues or damage must be reported immediately.
