Lease is for 6 months only. Short term (ie you have to move out at the end of January) There are mattresses and bed frames and some other things that you can use if you want. (easier for me so I dont have to move them) Property has locking mailbox and lockbox for packages. Air conditioners are through the wall units. Each room has one. I ordered the quieter types from Amazon which were hard to get there because Amazon wouldnt deliver them to the island. The living room has a 220v one from Home Depot. There are also heat reducing window film on the windows. This plus the AC's helps keep the house cool. Tenant responsible for yard maintenance. Windows are new. Has fiber optic internet service from Hawaii Telcom. The carport area and backyard are nice. There is a school bus stop down the street about 750 feet from the house. There is a municipal bus stop at the top of the hill by 7-11 and the post office. You usually need a ride up there though unless you want to brave walking along side the highway. There is a locking mailbox and a locking box for packages. This is good for preventing mail and package theft. It's also good because you don't have to worry about the package delivery person not delivering the packages for lack of a safe place to put them, unless the package is too big to fit in the box. The laundry is out front in the carport. It works well. The water heater is new and the water pressure is strong at the property. There is a lot of parking. You can fit 6 cars in the driveway plus carport area. There's an orange tree in the backyard and you have to pick up the oranges when they fall or else they attract chickens in the morning and the roosters will crow. Lease is for 6 months only. You have to move out at the end of the lease. Tenant responsible for all utilities and telecommunication services. 6 month lease. No pets. No smoking inside. Nice spot. Quick access to the highway and you get a stop light to make your turn. 7-11 and bus stop just up the street. The view from the driveway of the mountain and trees is quite nice and you get to listen to the birds, the wind and watch the trees move. Gigabit fiber optic internet wired in to each bedroom makes for the best available connectivity. Separate air conditioners for each bedroom and living room.
