I'm happy to supply you with compost. Access to mulberry trees with unlimited berry-picking in early summer. Miscellaneous: -Utilities: $130/month, which includes EVERYTHING: gas, electric, water, trash, google fiber internet, laundry, etc. -Cats allowed with pet fee. No dogs. -No smoking/vaping. -Street parking only. There is plenty and you should never need to park far away. -The upstairs unit is occupied by the owner (me). This studio has its own entrance, so you shouldn't hear or see from me except in the shared laundry room.
