The studio comes furnished with: a kitchenette (FULL-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, dishes, utensils), table, large soft carpet, cart with large drawers for clothes, full-sized closet with storage; (a very clean, memory foam double bed is available to purchase); However, if you already have furniture or appliances that you prefer to use, I can remove what you don't need! Large, walk-in stone shower. Full-sized washer and dryer is steps away in the garage. The beautiful and breezy, enclosed courtyard area with table/chairs/umbrella is yours to enjoy. The tall entrance gate can be locked and provides security and privacy for you. Relax from the stresses of the day or get exercise in the large, heated pool. Parking? If you're not familiar with windward Oahu, Kaneohe is cooler, lusher, and breezier than most of Kailua! ;) **This studio is available for one occupant only, no exceptions. No overnight guests. Plenty of street parking! Use of heated pool! Utilities: extra fee of $150/month for water/sewer, electricity. Six month lease which may be renewed. No smoking of any kind nor vaping , no drugs, no pets. Occupancy for one person only; no overnight guests.
