The building does not allow pets. Looking for one roommate, and am not interested in converting the common space into a third room. As described above, the available room is unfurnished. The common areas are furnished (dining table, couch, TV, coffee table, wall art, medicine cabinet, etc.), although if you have furniture I'm sure we can accommodate! There are built in book-shelves that are really nice. Amenities: coat closet, dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas stove/electric oven, basement storage unit; bathroom fan; basement laundry room (2 washers, 2 dryers; $1.50 per load per machine). Public transportation: Green lines B (Babcock Street) and C (St. Paul/Coolidge Corner), and buses 66 (to Harvard) and 57. Access to essentials: Nearby access to both Star Market and Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods is close by. Easy access to public transportation(Green line) UPS and USPS; several CVS stores as well as an urgent care clinic; and many different banks.
