The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The property is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Security cameras are installed outside for safety and privacy. No smoking or drugs are allowed on the property, and we can accommodate a maximum of four guests. Please respect the neighborhood by minimizing noise after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No third-party bookings are allowed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation may stay overnight. Parking is limited to two vehicles. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue fines for rule violations.
