What we really love about our home: It's an end unit, therefore has tons of natural light from all sides of the home throughout the day. There's a small yard in the back, great to lay out and unwind after a long day at work. The main floor has been updated with luxury vinyl planks throughout. The 4th bedroom on the main floor makes a perfect home office space. The neighborhood itself is absolutely amazing, peaceful, quiet and super safe. You can see plenty of families with children walking their dogs nearly every evening. There are community amenities like a swimming pool and a tennis court! Unlike other townhome communities, this one has plenty of available parking for guests! One of the best things that we really enjoyed was the ability to walk to the nearby restaurants and gas stations (just 2-3 blocks from the house!) Downtown Herndon is less than 2-3 miles away, the W&OD trail is walking distance to the home. Enjoy golfing? Herndon Centennial is a walkable distance! Dulles International is also less than 10 minutes from the home. Location wise, it's fantastic for those working in or around the Reston Town Center.
