This rental was previously our first family home and has some beautiful updates. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. Updated granite countertops, new cabinets, sink, dishwasher and microwave. There are a couple photos included of the space furnished to be able to better picture how it will look. This listing is for the whole upstairs, garage, backyard and half the downstairs storage room. There is a separate living space in the basement with a separate entrance. The basement is currently rented and not available. Only shared space is the laundry room. There is a door that can be locked both ways that leads to the basement rental. internet included! Renter is responsible for paying gas, electricity, and water bill. The utilities have run around $150-250 a month depending on the temperature of the season/how conservative the tenant is. We ask the renter to mow the lawn. This is a split house rental and the laundry room is the only shared space. Tenants need to be willing to communicate with the downstairs tenant for laundry.
