Located 30 minutes from MCO Airport, this home is also 4 minutes to Hwy 192, 3 minutes to Walmart, 4 minutes to Medieval Times, 7 minutes to AMF Bowling, 8 minutes to Starbucks, 15 minutes to Disney World, 20 minutes to Sea World, and 25 minutes to Universal Studios. Lake Berkley clubhouse provides a large TV lounge and comfy seating. Outside, families will love the large heated swimming pool and separate heated spa, or the lakeside picnic and BBQ areas. With three lakes on the community, wildlife is in abundance including hawks, turtles and even the occasional alligator! The largest lake, covering 14 acres, is spring fed and provides excellent fishing opportunities, especially from the pier. The community basketball, tennis and beach volleyball courts beckon sports enthusiasts, or maybe jogging along the path by the lake will please you! There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (3) per reservation. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway, and (1) car may park on the street in front of the home. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
