I will be reading and studying a great amount and am seeking roommates who will respect this, respect the house and treat it like their own. I don't want party animals or folks who cause a ruckus. Minimum 6 - 12 month lease then option to convert to month-to-month thereafter. Prefer renters who want to stay long term. No smoking inside the house. Smoking/Vaping permitted outside.
