The City of Austin waste collection is on Tuesday for this property. Do not place any trash bags into compost or recycling. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may apply if personal items are left behind. In the event that you need to use the hard key, place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. There are exterior cameras at the property for security purposes. Do not tamper with them. Fees may apply. HVAC Rules: Do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling).
