HOME IS PENDING (NOT ACCEPTING TOURS/ INQUIRES AT THIS TIME) The house is available for rent March 1st, 2023 for a 6 month to 1-year lease. Pictures coming in the next few days! Zillow provides the applications to apply for the house along with the rental, credit, background and income verification. Only applications with all sections completed will be contacted for interviews for tenancy. Please refer to the Zillow terms and conditions if you have questions about the applicant screening process. We are not contracted with the Housing Authority. Be advised that while you do not have to turn in an application to tour the house, only individuals with a submitted application will be considered for tenancy and will be able to discuss potential tenancy during a tour. This is a respectful and quiet community with a neighborhood watch. Excessive noise is a lease violation. Rent is due on the first of each month with a 7 day grace period. After the 7th the rent is late and a $45.00 fee will be assessed. Tenant(s) are responsible for all utilities. The house has a two car garage and the driveway can accommodate two cars. Non-running vehicles must be removed within 72 hours. There is no boat, RV, camper or additional vehicle parking provided at this property. There is no street parking available.
