Accommodating up to 8 guests, it's perfect for two small families, a couples' trip, or a friends' getaway. The home is located in the heart of Destin, just three short blocks from the beautiful sugar sand beaches. The cozy Sunsail neighborhood offers easy access to Highway 98, local restaurants, shopping, and activities. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge with on-demand water and ice, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, silverware, standard coffee maker, Nespresso Coffee Maker, Keurig, Crockpot, blender, toaster, and even children's cutlery and dinnerware. The open layout includes a breakfast bar with three stools and a dining area with seating for six. A large private pool is available in the spacious fenced-in backyard, which can be optionally heated for an additional fee. A six-passenger golf cart is available for rent to zip around town or breeze to the beach. The property is pet-friendly, allowing up to two pets with a one-time $200 fee. Pets must be house-trained, not permitted on the furniture, and crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking. Only ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from the pet fee. The neighborhood offers a super close driving distance to anything you have planned or desire to do during your stay. We recommend taking an Uber or Lyft as they are very popular in the area and often less expensive than a normal taxi. You can take a short walk to the beach, which is almost always easier than driving around looking for parking. Grocery delivery is available from local stores such as Whole Foods, Publix, WinnDixie, Walmart, and Target via InstaCart or Shipt. Sams Club is approximately 20 minutes west, in Fort Walton Beach. Check-in time is 4 PM CST and check-out time is 10 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not always possible. Parking accommodates up to two vehicles and a six-passenger golf cart. Street parking or blocking the sidewalk may result in a citation from the City of Destin, to be paid by the guest in violation. No noise is allowed past 10 PM due to local ordinance. Parties and events are not permitted. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. The home features a comfortable sectional in the living room, a Smart TV with Hulu Live, and a reading nook with two snug accent chairs, providing a cozy space for relaxation or remote work.
