IT WAS A GREAT HOME THAT I BUSTED my butt on for 12 years! A MUST SEE! WON'T LAST! I would stay far away from and this crazy HOA! They will continue to raise your fees and promise nice things but they actually spent over 25,000k of the HOA fees in a court battle. That 4 years later still is not over. I'm about to sue them again because its entertainment to me now. Remember once fraud proven every single person that has several of the community can sue mishandling of money it never goes away there are no limitations on time.. My favorite is how that hold payments for a week after receiving them just to hit the homeowners with late fee and interest. They should all be in JAIL!
