Plenty of dishware, cooking utensils, and a single-serve coffee machine with coffee pods are provided. The living room features a smart TV with Netflix and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and extra towels are supplied for your comfort. This home also has heating, air conditioning, and a gas fireplace in the living room. Free parking is available on both sides of the street, with room for one vehicle in the driveway. Pets are welcome with a fee of $99 per dog, with a max of 2. Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines per host discretion and immediate eviction. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150/guest penalty. Unauthorized use of extra bed/s or bedroom/s a fine of $75. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. Please respect check-in and checkout times. Any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. A lost, missing or otherwise unreturned key is subject to $100 fee. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee. Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine. Special 'Work-From-Home' kits are available upon request as the dedicated workspace.
