The house has a lovely front and back garden. It is a duplex and the back garden is shared with our next door neighbor who is a very sweet woman. Plenty of space to grow your own vegetables and make the back garden a lovely hang out space. Front room has a beautiful bay window looking out onto the palm tree lined street. There is a middle room that can be used as a dining room or office area. The kitchen is spacious with an entire walk in pantry area as well as a kitchen dining nook. Down the corridor there is a full bathroom with a washer dryer and a bedroom with walk in closet overlooking the back garden. There is plenty of closet space throughout the house. The house comes partially furnished with a mid century couch, bed frame and brand new mattress as well as a vintage stainless steel desk/ work space. Our lovely landlord has been kind enough to allow us to sublet the place so we want to make sure we find the perfect person who will take care of the space as if it were their own. This little bungalow is truly a very magical sanctuary in the city! This is a 6 month sublet. Sub-letter will be responsible for utilities. There is plenty of street parking in front of the house. No pets or smokers allowed. We are asking for a $1500 deposit for the 6 month lease. The lease agreement will need to be signed by us, the new tenant and our landlord.
