I currently have a Gigabyte Internet through Verizon that I can transfer to you if you'd like to keep the current plan. Or I could leave it on and add $79.99. But of course feel free to choose the provider that you prefer. The deck needs to be replaced. If you agree to move in before I am able to fix the deck, I can give you a $100 refund each month for the inconvenience of not having access to the deck - it is not safe and CAN NOT be used - until replaced. I keep the dehumidifiers on in the basement and have them set to specific levels so that they automatically turn on/off as needed. Although this may add to my electric bill, it keeps the basement perfect for using as a 3rd bedroom or Family room. Dehumidifiers are always suggested in any below-ground level dwelling.
