Situated in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, this location ensures a peaceful stay. The absence of public transportation means you'll need to drive or plan to take a cab or Uber to get around. The minimum age to rent this property is 21 years. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee, but they must be crated when left unattended, and not allowed on furniture or beds.
