Anglers Acre is a fully furnished vacation rental with a monthly minimum. All utilities and garbage are included in the rent and there are no additional fees. The total cost of renting the home is as follows: October through June $2,600 July - August $5,000 We may consider adjusting the prices based on length of rental, and other factors. Angler's Acre is on the Alsea River and great for those who love the outdoors. This home is within the tidal flow, has a private boat dock, and a private boat ramp. The house is cozy and comfortable with an open concept design. There is a large dining room table that seats six and an island that seats three. There are two bedrooms and a set of bunk beds in the utility room off the master. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bathroom with 5 ft. walk-in shower, and television with internet. The smaller second bedroom has a queen bed, there is a bathtub in the hall bathroom, and a large carport. Internet/Garbage/Electric/yard maintenance all included in rent.
