Any breach of this lease agreement including but not limited to non-payment of rent, property damage, unauthorized occupants or pets, or violation of smoking/pet policies will result in immediate termination of the lease and potential eviction proceedings in accordance with Indiana law.
Termination:
Early termination requires management approval and may incur fees.
Upon lease termination, the property must be returned in good condition (normal wear and tear excepted).
