    Designed for comfort and convenience this beautiful 2 bedroom Carriage Suite offers a single car garage, private entrance, and room for 6. Each bedroom has a luxurious queen sized bed and the couch pulls out to sleep 2. Great for families/couples. A full kitchen, bathroom, and in-suite laundry make this your perfect home away from home. Please Note: All bookings are subject to a 3rd party I.D. verification process, failure to be approved by the I.D. process may void your booking. The space The unit is a 2 bedroom Carriage Suite, which means it has been built a top a detached 3 car garage. The main garage level has been split into 2 separate spaces, allowing for a private single car garage and Carriage Suite access for our guests. The unit is best accessed primarily from the back alley, and a gate has been installed to enclose the lower level space and allow for maximum privacy. The lower gate opens easily to allow guests to pass along side to the front of the home should they require, such as for meeting a taxi or an Uber. Unlike other Carriage Suites we have heavily invested in sound and vibration dampening equipment to mitigate the majority of the sound created by the garage equipment or overhead doors in both the private and residents garage to allow for as much peace and quiet as possible. Ample exterior lighting has been installed to run on timers so you can feel safe and secure any time you come and go. Complimenting the space is a beautifully decorated private exterior balcony space with patio furniture to allow your group to enjoy the mild evenings in comfort. Guest access Keypad The self check-in lock box is located on the Garage in the alley. The lock box is found near the smaller single car garage door and will be accessible via a 4 digit code. This code will be the 4 digit code of your cell phone number; If you wish a different code, please communicate in advance. Enter the code into the keypad located on the exterior of the garage and the door will open immediately. This unit is only accessible through the garage overhead (vehicle) door. As a carriage suite this is your route to your home during your stay with us. We kindly ask that you do not knock on the main home door or ring the doorbell, please communicate through the app if you cannot access the unit. The key for the suite will be located in the garage and the 4 digit code as well as the garage will remain available to use throughout your visit. The key will lock the man-door to the garage as well as the door to the suite or you can press the lock symbol. You can also use the 4 digit code on the garage man door and suite door as required. We provide the key in case the electronic code doesn't function. We recommend keeping both doors locked at all times for the safety and security of all belongings. The stairs to the suite are located through the garage via the door labelled (Carriage Suite) Other things to note Posted lease rates apply to medium-term rentals. For stays of 75 days or fewer, please reach out for more details. The Wi-Fi is shared by the primary residence and the Carriage Suite. Please let us know if you encounter any issues with the signal however it is the best tier available (very fast 350Mbs+) We have provided complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime access. If you wish to rent any pay per view items through any included subscription accounts, please let us know ahead of time. Additionally, you will be contacted by our third-party I.D. verification service ("Truvi"), where you will need to choose either a damage deposit ($700 CAD (refundable, subject to a small processing fee) or a damage waiver option ($50CAD (non-refundable, no deposit required collected by the third-party provider). All reservations are subject to this verification process being successful. Most guests prefer the waiver option since it's quick and hassle-free. We reserve the right to decline any Guest who has not completed this 3rd party registration. 6 guests maximum. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM 7:00AM. No parties or events. No commercial photography. No smoking. Dogs more than 40 lbs. are welcome upon approval.
